摘要
城市地下空间资源是人类尚待开发的宝贵国土空间资源,在既有城市工业区功能、空间、形式无法跟上时代发展节奏的背景下,从地下空间综合规划改造角度对既有城市工业区进行科学合理的开发,是实现存量规划背景下城市可持续发展的重要举措.基于既有城市工业区利用现状的总结确立科学合理的研究目标,分别从浅层地下空间综合开发理论体系构建、地下空间开发适宜性评价、浅层地下空间综合规划与改造技术等方面阐述了研究内容和研究方法,构建系统完善的既有城市工业区地下空间综合规划与改造技术体系,为我国既有城市工业区地下空间综合开发和改造利用起到重要的技术支撑.
Urban underground space resources are the precious land and space resources that human beings still have to develop, and in the context of the development of the urban industrial zone, the development of the urban industrial zone from the underground space is the important measure of the sustainable development of the urban industrial zone. Based on the present situation of the industrial zone, the paper expounds the content and research methods of the underground space development of the industrial zone underground space development, the comprehensive planning and transformation technology of the industrial zone, and the construction of the underground space comprehensive planning and transformation technology system, which is the technical support for the comprehensive development and renovation of the underground space of urban industrial zone.
