摘要
盾构施工在现代化建设中应用越来越广泛,地铁盾构施工中端头的土体加固和洞口维护结构凿除以及洞门的密封系统、始发基座、反力架、导轨、负环管片的安装等多方面都存在着施工难点,结合天津地铁2号线的盾构实际施工情况,深入讨论如何在盾构施工中的始发阶段提高施工速度、提高安全系数,通过一些细节的把控和调整,让地铁盾构始发技术更具有先进性、科学性、安全性、实用性.
Shield construction is more and more widely used in modernization. In the construction of subway shield, there are difficulties in the construction of soil reinforcement at the end of the tunnel and the excavation of the hole maintenance structure, as well as the sealing system of the gate, the starting base, the reflector frame, the guide rail, and the installation of the negative ring pipe sheet. In this paper, based on the actual construction of the shield of the Tianjin Metro Line 2, how to increase the construction speed and increase the safety factor during the initial stage of shield construction is discussed in depth. Through control and adjustment of details, the initial technology of subway shield should be more advanced, scientific, safe and practical.
