对潮州市“博物馆之城”建设的思考

Reflection on the Construction of the “City of Museums” in Chaozhou

潮州历史悠久,文化底蕴深厚,文化遗产众多,有一批相当规模的博物馆、展览馆。目前,潮州各类博物馆普遍存在着资金、场地、人力、建设运营、机制等方面问题,因此要推进"博物馆之城"建设就要设立专项扶持资金、提供文博人才培训、给予政策倾斜以激发热情,同时注重宣传并减少建设阻力等。

With a long history,profound cultural heritage and numerous cultural heritages,Chaozhou has a large number of museums and exhibition halls of considerable sizes.At present,various museums in Chaozhou have many problems,such as funds,venues,manpower,construction and operation,mechanism and so on.Therefore,to promote the construction of the"City of Museums",it is necessary to set up special support funds,provide training for cultural and museum-based talents, stimulate enthusiasm based on policy preference,and pay attention to publicity and reduce construction resistance.
