摘要
道德需要是大学生道德实践的内在动力,但大学生道德需要发展在高校中普遍受到道德教育误区、道德价值标准不确定性、道德实践平台不足、道德考核奖惩体系不完善等因素的制约。应对制约因素的对策主要包括:尊重大学生道德权利,大力弘扬社会主义核心价值观和中华传统美德,建立百花齐放且特色与成效兼具的道德实践平台,改革大学生道德考核评价体系等方面,沿着大学生道德需要发展路径开展道德教育,激发大学生强烈的道德需要,促使大学生自觉进行道德实践,进而提升自身思想道德素养。
Moral needs are the intrinsic motivation for college students'moral practices,but the development of college students' moral needs is restricted by such factors as misunderstandings of moral education,uncertainties of moral value standards,inadequate platforms for moral practices,and imperfect systems of rewards and punishments for moral assessment.The countermeasures to deal with the restrictive factors mainly include respecting the moral rights of college students,vigorously promoting the core values of society and traditional Chinese virtues,establishing a great variety of platforms for moral practices with a combination of uniqueness and effectiveness,reforming the evaluation systems of college students'moral assessment,etc.It is advisable to carry out moral education along the development path of college students'moral needs,stimulate the strong moral needs of college students,motivate college students to consicously carry out moral practices,so as to enhance their ideological and moral literacy.
