Chinese experts' consensus on the safety of radiotherapy for prostatic cancer

摘要 放射治疗是前列腺癌根治性治疗手段之一,对于局限期前列腺癌和局部进展期前列腺癌均可达到根治性效果[1-2];对于转移期前列腺癌,放射治疗是重要的减瘤、减症手段。随着三维适形放射治疗(3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,3D-CRT)、调强放射治疗(intensity-modulated radiotherapy,IMRT)、影像引导放射治疗(image-guided radiotherapy,IGRT)等技术的应用,放射治疗可以在最大限度保证正常组织安全的前提下,给予肿瘤组织更高的根治性剂量,显著改善了前列腺癌患者的无生化失败生存率、无临床失败生存率及总生存率[3-9],高剂量IM- RT已经成为根治性外放疗的金标准技术[10-13]。
