产教融合教育体系是近年来高等学校教育的热门话题,在此背景下,人才培养机制不断完善,但是当前的教育机制下,人才培养多数仅考虑市场需求,往往忽略了产业需求结构的重要性。因此,产教融合背景下,人才培养应与产业结构要素融合,全面分析产业结构的发展趋势,建立产业链、人才链紧密对接的学科专业体系,建立健全的以需求为导向的人才培养结构机制,加强产教融合师资队伍建设,建立创新型技术技能人才系统培养制度,为社会培养高素质、高水平人才。

The educational system of production - education integration has been discussed a lot in recent years, under which the talent cultivation mechanism has been constantly improved. However, most talent cultivation only considers the market demand and often ignores the importance of demand structure. We believe that talent cultivation should consider structural elements. We try to perfect the mechanism of demand - oriented training structure and establish a system of training innovative technical personnel in order to cultivate high - level talents for the society.
