“一带一路”背景下黑龙江省高校对俄经贸人才培养策略研究

Training Strategies of Talents with Russia in Heilongjiang Universities Under the Background of “the Belt and Road”

随着"一带一路"倡议的实施,中俄贸易发展进入快车道,对于有良好职业道德和商务实践能力的对俄经贸人才需求量激增。目前,黑龙江省高校对俄经贸人才培养还存在人才培养目标各异、学生基础薄弱、人才培养数量不足、人才培养方式传统及师资力量薄弱等问题。鉴于此黑龙江省要明确人才培养目标,加强政策支持,保障俄语基础教育;校企合作,实行订单式人才培养模式;优化师资队伍,培养更多高水平对俄经贸专业教师;中俄联合办学,拓宽学习渠道,扩大交流规模,这样才能为中俄贸易快速发展提供人力支撑。

With the implementation of “the Belt and Road”, the development of trade between China and Russia has rocketed, and the demand for talents who have professional ethics and business practical skills has soared. At present, there are still problems in training Russian talents, such as different training goals, students’ little knowledge of Russian, traditional talents training methods and lack of faculty. In view of that, we should clearly define the goal of talents training, put emphasis on establishing the policy and ensure basic Russian education. Implementing cooperation between schools and enterprises and application of an order - typed talent training model;Optimizing the teaching staff and train more high - level professionals for Russian economic and trade;Sino - Russian joint education, expanding learning channels and broadening the scale of exchanges, are means to provide human resource support for the rapid development of China - Russia trade.
