地方高校一般以培养适应地方需求的高素质应用型人才为培养目标,培养的学生要求具有较强的自主思考能力、创新能力和综合能力。强大的师资力量是提高学生动手能力的重要保证。因此,高校要全面提升教师综合能力,特别是实践能力。试结合当下高校教师实践能力现状和特点,提出提升地方高校教师实践能力的策略。

The aim of Local colleges and universities is to cultivate high - quality applied talents that meet local needs. Students are required to have strong independent thinking, innovation and comprehensive ability. A qualified faculty is an important guarantee for improving students' hands - on ability. This paper expounds the necessity and urgency of improving the comprehensive ability of college teachers. By analyzing the current faculty of colleges in China, this paper puts forward a strategy to improve the practical ability of local college teachers.
