摘要 现代汽车厂焊装车间对白车身进行焊接过程中产生大量有害物质,需采取有效的措施进行收集处理,以提高员工的工作环境。目前主流汽车厂主要采用厂房整体通风与除尘系统相结合来提升厂房环境。除尘系统所用的传统风机设备多数采用异步电动机直接驱动的方式运行,造成大量的能源浪费。采用变频调速技术对汽车厂焊装车间除尘风机节能改造具有十分重要的经济意义。 The welding workshop of modern automobile factory produces a lot of poisonous gas when the welding machine is used for body welding. Effective measures should be taken to collect and deal with the harm-ful dust in order to meet the requirements of environmental protection and improve the working environment of employees. At present, the general ventilation and dust removal system are used to improve the environment of the main automobile plant. Most of the traditional fan equipment used in the dust removal system is driven directly by asynchronous motor, which causes a lot of energy waste. The application of variable frequency speed regulation technology is of great economic value to the energy - saving transformation of dust removal fan in welding workshop of automobile factory.
