基于灰色关联分析的企业技术创新与企业经济绩效研究——以安徽省为例

Technological Innovation and Economic Performance of Enterprises Based on Grey Correlation Analysis

借助于2016年安徽省各工业企业发展的相关数据,以安徽省16个地级市全部规模以上工业企业为研究对象,运用灰色关联分析法对企业技术创新与企业经济绩效二者之间的关联度进行实证研究,并进一步分析在整个安徽省中,皖北、皖中和皖南地区的工业企业中技术创新能力对经济绩效的影响程度。研究结果表明:企业在技术创新方面的R&D经费投入、R&D人员投入、有效专利申请和技术研发等方面对提高企业经济绩效具有重要的作用。在安徽省城市经济竞争力的排名当中,皖中的竞争力最大,技术创新能力最强,更加重视通过企业的技术创新提高企业经济绩效;皖北次之;皖南的竞争力最弱。最后,根据实证分析的结果提出相应的对策建议。

With the help of relevant data of industrial enterprises in 16 prefecture - level cities in Anhui province in 2016 as the research object, this paper makes an empirical study of the correlation between enter-prise technological innovation and economic performance by means of grey relational analysis, and further analyzes the relationship between the two factors in whole Anhui province. The research results show that R&D funds of enterprises in technological innovation are invested in R&D personnel, which is effective and specialized. Technology research and development play an important role in improving the economic performance of enterpri-ses. Anhui province has the largest competitiveness and the strongest technological innovation ability. More attention should be paid to improving the economic performance of enterprises through technological innovation. Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis, the corresponding countermeasures are proposed in this paper.
