摘要
通过对欧冶炉处置含锌废弃物的机理进行理论分析,锌元素在欧冶炉内具备循环富集条件,并主要以锌元素进入污泥方式排出。欧冶炉处置含锌废弃物的三种工业试验表明:欧冶炉配加含锌污泥球处置工艺及生产组织方式,优于欧冶炉配加高锌烧结矿处置工艺。欧冶炉煤制气配加含锌污泥处置工艺,可省略含锌污泥在处置前的固结造块过程,降低处置费用,对外部系统环境影响最少。其三种工艺流程均能满足处置含锌废弃物生产过程控制和生产组织需要。
Through theoretical analysis of the treatment mechanism of zinc-containing waste in OY furnace, zinc element has cyclic enrichment conditions in OY furnace, which is mainly discharged into sludge by zinc. Three industrial tests of disposal of zinc-containing wastes in OY furnace show thatthe disposal process and production organization mode with zinc-containing sludge ball are better than that with high zinc sinter in OY furnace, the coal gasification process of YO furnaceplus zinc sludge treatment process can eliminate the zinc sludge consolidation process, reduce the processing cost, and reduce the environmental impact of external systems.All three processes can meet the needs of production process control and production organization for disposal of zinc-containing wastes.
