摘要
文章介绍了八钢四座6.5m顶装焦炉烟气治理工艺采用的活性焦联合脱硫脱硝工艺,以及脱硝段采用CSCR(活性炭选择催化还原)技术。该烟气治理工艺投运后,烟气排放指标SO2≤30mg/m^3,NOX≤150mg/m^3。
This paper introduces the combined desulfurization and denitrification process of activated coke and the CSCR (activated carbon selective catalytic reduction) technology used in the denitrification section of four 6.5m top-loading coke ovens at Bayi steel. After the operation of the flue gas treatment process, the flue gas emission index SO2 is less than 30 mg/m^3 and NOX is less than 150 mg/m^3.
