八钢板坯连铸浇注钢水氧化铝衰减的探讨

摘要 连铸实行保护浇注可减少钢中的总氧含量,降低钢中酸溶铝损失。文章分析了板坯连铸浇注钢水氧化铝衰减的原因,通过采取相应措施,减少钢水中Al2O3含量,从而减少了水口堵塞几率,改善钢水的流动性,板材产品的质量显著提高。 Protective pouring in continuous casting can reduce the total oxygen content in steel and the loss of acid-soluble aluminium in steel.This paper analyses the reasons for the attenuation of alumina in molten steel in slab beam casting. By taking appropriate measures to reduce the content of Al2O3 in molten steel, the probability of nozzle blockage is reduced, the fluidity of molten steel is improved, and the quality of plate products is significantly improved.
