摘要
通过采用SEM、EDS分析方法,对“TMCP+离线热处理”工艺生产的高Ni滨海耐蚀钢微观组织进行表征和分析,研究热处理工艺对高Ni滨海耐蚀钢组织和性能的影响。结果显示:TMCP钢板经过650~850℃离线热处理,随着热处理温度的升高,钢的屈服强度逐渐下降,塑性则先降低、随后逐步提高、再略微下降,在800℃时达到优异的强塑性匹配,显微组织为多边形铁素体+贝氏体+少量马氏体两相组织。
By means of SEM and EDS,the microstructure of high Ni coastal corrosion resistant steel produced with TMCP + offline heat treatment process is characterized and analyzed so as to study the effect of heat treatment process on microstructure and properties of high Ni coastal corrosion resistant steel.The results show that after TMCP steel plate is heat-treated offline between 650 ℃and 850 ℃, with increase of heat treatment temperature,the yield strength gradually decreases,the plasticity first drops,then gradually rises and finally slightly decreases,excellent strength and plasticity matching reaches at 800 ℃,the microstructure consists of two-phase structure including polygonal ferrite,bainite and less martensite.
