摘要
对某钢厂低合金高强度钢板的分层情况进行工艺调查,从生产过程、成分及低倍、高倍显微组织等方面进行研究和分析,找出钢板产生分层的主要原因。结果表明:造成此次分层问题的主要原因是钢板中存在数量较多、尺寸较大的硫化物夹杂,破坏了基体的连续性。通过冶炼工艺调整、改进,提高钢水纯净度,可以有效降低钢板分层缺陷产生几率。
Process investigation is performed on the lamination phenomenon of low alloy high strength steel plate produced by a steel works. Research and analysis are implemented from various aspects of production,chemical composition,macrostructure and microstructure in order to find out the major causes of laminar crack defect.The results show that the laminar crack defects are mainly caused by sulfide inclusions in large quantity and size destroying the continuity of matrix structure.By adjusting and improving metallurgical process,increasing steel cleanliness,the possibility of laminar crack defects is effectively reduced.
