摘要
以改善中厚板轧后冷却均匀性为目的,从高压水射流冲击换热原理出发,研究了超快速冷却条件下改善钢板冷却均匀性的方法。通过采取合理的设计集管及其布置形式、辊道微加速、钢板头尾遮蔽、水凸度控制以及水比设定等措施,保证了钢板在超快速冷却过程中的宽度及长度方向冷却均匀性,尤其在减量化Q345B及高级别X70等品种开发应用中,实现了较好的温度均匀性,生产钢板的平直度及性能均满足交货要求。
Based on high pressure water jet impact heat transfer principle,the article studies the improvement method of cooling uniformity under conditions of ultra-fast cooling in order to improve cooling uniformity of as-rolled medium and heavy steel plate.By rational design of headers and their layout, taking measures of roller table miroacceleration, head and tail masking of steel plate,water crown control and water flow ratio setting,the cooling uniformity of steel plate in width wise and length wise directions during ultra-fast cooling is ensured.Good temperature uniformity is achieved with flatness and properties satisfying delivery requirements after applying the above measures in the development of decrement Q345B and higher grade X70 steel.
