摘要
针对舞钢1900mm板坯连铸机经常出现的连铸坯角部横裂纹缺陷,从裂纹产生机理和影响因素进行分析,最终确定连铸坯角部矫直温度过低以及边部存在凹陷是角部横裂纹产生的主要原因。在连铸机没有配置液压振动、动态轻压下、电磁搅拌等先进设备的情况下,通过结晶器锥度、一次冷却、二次冷却等工艺参数优化,创新应用热行法生产工艺,结合设备改造,有效地控制了连铸坯角部横裂纹的产生,连铸坯表面裂纹缺陷问题得到缓解。
For the frequent transverse corner cracks formed on continuously cast slab produced by 1 900 mm slab continuous caster in Wusteel,the article analyzes the crack formation mechanism and influencing factors,finally determines that the lower straightening temperature at strand corner and surface depression at the strand edge are the major causes of transverse corner cracks.By optimizing various process parameters such as mould taper,primary cooling and secondary cooling,innovating a production process of higher temperature straightening method in combination of equipment revamp,the corner crack formation on strand are effectively controlled and surface crack problem of continuously cast slab is relieved when the continuous caster is not equipped with hydraulic vibrator,dynamic soft reduction device and electromagnetic stirrer.
