摘要
从经济发展的有效性、稳定性、创新性、协调性、绿色性、分享性六个维度构建经济发展质量评价指标体系,本文运用投影寻踪模型对2001-2016年湖南经济发展质量进行动态评估与多层次比较分析。结果表明:近16年湖南经济发展质量显著提升,但要素支撑存在分享性"一枝独秀"与有效性、稳定性、绿色性"三大短板"同时并存的非均衡结构特征;13地市经济发展质量及支撑要素结构演化明显呈现"领先型""比较优势型""滞后型"三种不同类型。
The evaluation index system of economic development quality is constructed from six dimensions of economic development effectiveness, stability, innovation, coordination, greenness and sharing. The dynamic evaluation and multi-level comparative analysis of economic development quality in Hunan from 2001 to 2016 were carried out by using the projection pursuit model. The results show that the quality of Hunan economic development has improved significantly in the past 16 years, but the supporting structure of factors has the characteristics of unbalanced structure, in which sharing is particularly obvious, but effectiveness, stability and green "three short boards" coexist. The quality of economic development and the structural evolution of supporting factors in 13 prefecture-level cities show three distinct types:"leading","comparative advantage" and "lagging".
