摘要
目的:对健康管理中心人力资源实施精细化管理,从而达到提高中心人员工作效率,降低人力成本。方法:通过工作人员岗位责任书设计,薪酬设计和人员培养等方面进行精细化管理。结果:在人力资源保持稳定的同时,2016年体检人数171835人次,2017年体检人数208569人次,增长21.38%;经颅多普勒、手指骨密度、动脉硬化检测检查人次逐年递增。结论:精细化管理可充分调动员工的工作积极性,提高工作效率。
Objective To improve the staffs’ efficiency and reduce the human resource cost of health management centers by refined management. Methods Refined management was carried out by designing the staffs’ post responsibility,salary and personnel training. Results While the human resources remained stable,the number of physical examinations in 2017 was increased by21. 38%,compared with that in 2016. And the number of physical examinations by transcranial Doppler,finger bone density and arteriosclerosis detection kept increasing year by year. Conclusion Refined management can fully mobilize the staffs’ enthusiasm and improve their work efficiency.
