基于医学生创新训练构建创新教育质量监控体系

The constuction of Innovative Education Quality Monitoring System Based on Medical Students' Innovative Training

"大学生创新训练计划"是国家"本科教学工程"的重要组成部分,也是开展"卓越计划"下大学生创新教育的主要内容之一。导师制下"大学生创新训练"项目的全面实施,有助于推进以教师为主导,学生为主体的创新教学模式改革,培养高素质的创新人才。以指导国家级医学生创新训练项目为契机,探索以教师科研项目为依托、以学生自主设计完成实验为基础、以阶段性检查为监督机制、采用过程与结果相结合方式进行总体效果评价。学生通过选题、设计、实施及结果分析的实践过程,培养医学生创新意识和实践能力,激发他们对科研的兴趣。

The"College Student Innovation Training Program"is an important part of the"National Undergraduate Teaching Project"and one of the main contents of the innovative education for undergraduates under the"Excellence Plan". The implementation of the innovative training project based on tutor system for college students is conducive to advancing teacher-led,student-centered innovative teaching model reform and cultivating high-quality innovative talents. Taking the opportunity of guiding innovative training programs for medical students at the national level,we explores the use of teachers’ research projects as the support,use students’ independent experiments as the basis,and periodical inspections as the monitoring mechanism and the combination of the process and the results as effect evaluation. By selecting topics,designing,implementing and analyzing results,the practical process develops medical students’ innovative awareness and practical ability;stimulates their interest in scientific research.
