摘要
目的探讨X染色体连锁的凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)、CD44v6及基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在胃癌的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测82例胃癌及癌旁正常组织XIAP、CD44v6及MMP-2的表达,并分析三者与胃癌患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移的关系。应用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行分析。结果XIAP在胃癌组织中(54/82,65.85%)的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁正常组织(16/82,19.51%)(χ^2=32.083,P<0.01),CD44v6在胃癌组织中(72/82,87.80%)的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁正常组织(18/82,21.95%)(χ^2=71.805,P<0.01),MMP-2在胃癌组织中(61/82,74.39%)的阳性表达率显著低于癌旁正常组织(13/82,15.85%)(χ^2=56.735,P<0.01)。胃癌组织中XIAP、CD44v6及MMP-2的表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、组织分化程度无明显相关。经Person相关分析,XIAP与CD44v6表达正相关(r=0.652,P<0.05),XIAP与MMP-2表达正相关(r=0.613,P<0.05),CD44v6与MMP-2表达正相关(r=0.729,P<0.05)。结论XIAP、CD44v6及MMP-2在胃癌组织中高表达,并与胃癌的发生发展及转移密切相关。
Objective To explore significance and expression of X chromosome linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein(XIAP),CD44v6 and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)in gastric cancer.Methods The expression of XIAP,CD44v6 and MMP-2 in 82 cases of gastric cancer and adjacent normal tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method The relationship between XIAP,CD44v6 and MMP-2 and age,sex,tumor size and histological grade,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis was analyzed.Statisticalanalysis of data using the statistical product and service solutions 17.0 software.Results The positive rate of XIAP in gastric cancer(54/82,65.85%)was higher than that in adjacent normal tissues(16/82,19.51%)(χ^2=32.083,P<0.01).The positive rate of CD44v6 in gastric cancer(72/82,87.80%)was higher than that in adjacent normal tissues(18/82,21.95%)(χ^2=71.805,P<0.01).The positive rate of MMP-2 in gastric cancer(61/82,74.39%)was higher than that in adjacent normal tissues(13/82,15.85%)(χ^2=56.735,P<0.01).The positive expression rate of XIAP,CD44v6 and MMP-2 in gastric cancer was related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),was not related to age,sex,tumor size and histological grade.The expression of XIAP was positively correlated with the expression of CD44v6(r=0.652,P<0.05),the expression XIAP was positively correlated with the expression of MMP-2(r=0.613,P<0.05),the expression CD44v6 was positively correlated with the expression of MMP-2(r=0.729,P<0.05).Conclusion XIAP,CD44v6 and MMP-2 were highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues and were closely related to the occurrence,development and metastasis of breast cancer.
