石墨烯重防腐蚀涂料的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了进一步提高防腐蚀涂料的耐腐蚀性能,通过对涂料主要组分掺量等试验条件进行优化,以制备出石墨烯重防腐蚀涂料。以环氧树脂为成膜物质,加入石墨烯、溶剂、填料、助剂等组分,制备石墨烯重防腐蚀涂料。在单因素试验条件下,固定变量法确定颜填料选用钛白粉,其掺量为4.50 g;石墨烯添加量为0.05 g,固化剂用量为1.50 g,而硅烷偶联剂的添加对石墨烯的改性效果没有太大影响。正交试验得到的优化组为A3B2C3,即颜填料4.00 g,固化剂2.50 g,石墨烯0.10 g,其涂层阻抗值较大,耐腐蚀性能较强,耐久性也较好,其性能测试结果符合国家重防腐蚀涂料的性能标准。 The main components of the coating and the experimental conditions were optimized to prepare the heavy-duty anticorrosive graphene coatings. Epoxy resin was used as film forming material,and then followed by the adding of graphene,solvents,fillers and additives. In this experiment,the fixed variable method was used to determine that the amount of the pigment( titanium dioxide) was 4.50 g,and the amount of graphene was 0.05 g,as well as the dosage of the curing agent was 1.50 g. The addition of silane coupling agent had no great effect on the modification of graphene. The optimized group obtained from the orthogonal test was A3 B2 C3,that was,the pigments and fillers 4.00 g,the curing agent 2.50 g,and the graphene 0.10 g. The impedance of the obtained coating was larger,and the corrosion resistance and the durability were also better. Moreover,the results of performance test conformed to the national standard of the heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings.
