摘要
对热高分气与混氢换热器断裂管束进行了失效原因分析。结果表明,氯化物应力腐蚀开裂是管束失效的主要原因,氢的存在及管板与管束在溶液环境组成的腐蚀电池加快了该腐蚀的速度。针对腐蚀原因采取了优化设计和制造、安装和操作等腐蚀防护措施,效果良好。
A series of tests were carried out to analyze the failure reasons of the high pressure heat exchanger tubes. Results showed that chloride stress corrosion cracking( SCC) was the main cause of tube bundle failure. Besides,it was accelerated by the presence of hydrogen and the formed corrosion cell between tube sheet and tube bundle in the solution environment. Finally,the corrosion protection measures such as optimizing the design,manufacture,installation and operation were adopted,which was proved to be effective.
