北京经济技术开发区产城空间的演化及其影响因素

Industry-city space’s evolution and influencing factors of Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area

利用地理信息系统技术提取北京经济技术开发区产城空间的空间属性信息,引入空间综合扩展系数、形态紧凑度、空间聚合度和分形维数等指标,从空间形态学的角度对开发区的产城空间扩展格局和分布形态进行了定性和定量化分析,并揭示了影响北京经济技术开发区产城空间结构的主要因素。结果显示:北京经济技术开发区的产城空间逐年扩大,但两类空间的动态扩展过程有着明显的阶段性和异质性,且在不同组团内有着不同的集聚分布特征;产业空间以带状分布为主,城市空间则呈斑块状分布;北京经济技术开发区的扩展格局和分布形态的形成主要受交通设施建设、园区功能调整、产业发展演变和政策规划调控等因素的影响。

This essay extracts the spatial information of industry-city space in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area ( BDA ) by GIS technology,uses spatial comprehensive expansion coefficient,compactness,space polymerization degree and fractal dimension to analyze the spatial pattern and distribution pattern of industry-city space in BDA from the perspective of Spatial Morphology,and puts forward the main factors that influence the spatial structure. The results show that: The area of industry-city space in BDA increases in 2000 -2017,but different stages of the expansion process,industry space and city space are interlocked;In distribution characteristics,the industry space is dominated by zonal distribution,while the city space is a massive distribution;The expansion pattern and distribution pattern of industry-city space in BDA are mainly influenced by traffic conditions,function adjustment of the development zones,the evolution of industry and the regulation of policy and planning.
