影响单位停车泊位共享的因素及其作用机理 被引量:6

Factors and mechanism of influencing units’ staggered sharing berth

摘要 在共享经济背景下,如何利用机关及企事业单位闲置停车泊位资源破解城市停车难问题,日益成为被密切关注的课题。采用环杭州湾5个城市相关示范单位共享停车的调研数据,基于停车者视角构建了单位共享泊位停车选择行为的二元Logistic实证分析模型,对环杭州湾5个城市相关示范单位共享停车存在的问题进行了分析。结果显示:便利程度、停车时长、用车频率与停车者选择单位共享泊位的意愿存在显著的正向关联;停车者选择单位共享泊位的停车时间主要集中于夜间时段,多为出于居住目的而产生的停放需求;步行距离、收费水平、收入水平与单位共享泊位的需求存在显著的负向关联。据此,提出了关于单位共享泊位停车规划与管理政策的相关建议。 In the context of sharing economy,how to use the vacant parking berth resources of enterprises and institutions to solve the problem of urban parking difficulties is becoming a topic of close attention. The analytical parking data of the relevant model individuals of the five cities in Hangzhou Bay are used and a Binary Logistic Empirical Analytical Model of the parking choice behavior of shared berths based on the perspective of the people who want to park are constructed in this essay. The empirical research shows that: there is a significant positive correlation between the degree of convenience,parking time and the frequency of the use of the car and the willingness to choose open parking berths offered by the individuals;The parking time of the choice of shared parking spaces offered by the individuals is mainly concentrated at night and it is mainly due to the demand for parking based on residential purpose;There is a significant negative correlation between the demand for parking according to residential purposes and the walking distance,fees and the levels of income. Thereby,it puts forward suggestions to improve the urban traffic management agencies' formulation and implementation of parking planning and management policies for shared berths.
