摘要
折痕回复率与耐久压烫(DP)等级通常用于评价织物在折叠与变形后的回复能力。为改善织物的折痕回复性能,通常会对纯棉等纤维素纤维及其混纺织物进行DP整理。采用20S(29.2tex)的纯棉纱作为试验材料,研究纱线捻向(即"S"捻和"Z"捻)对织物性能(如织物的DP等级、撕裂强度和折痕回复角)的影响。重点探讨了织物的经纱和纬纱中不同捻向纱线排列位置的改变对其折痕回复性能及DP性能的影响,并尝试寻求它们之间的相关关系。试验表明,纱线捻向对织物的折痕回复率与DP等级有显著的影响。
Crease recovery and durable press(DP)rating is the property of a fabric that enables it to recover from folding or deformations.For improving the crease recovery of the cotton fabric,DP finished are generally applied to cellulose like cotton and cellulose blend.Cotton yarn of 20 SNe was used and the effect of yarn twist direction(i.e.‘S’and‘Z’)on the fabric properties was tested:DP rating,tearing strength and crease recovery angle.This paper is concerned with the effect of altering the positions of different direction twisted yarns in the fabric in the warp and weft yarns on the crease recovery and DP and tried to find the correlation between them.The experimental investigation shows that the direction of twist in the yarn has greatly significant effect on crease recovery as well as DP rating of the fabric.
