ZEB2蛋白表达和E-caderin蛋白在鼻咽癌转移中的临床意义

The Significance of ZEB2 and E-caderin Protein Expression the clinic singnificence in the Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma about matastsis

目的探讨ZEB2蛋白表达和E-caderin蛋白对鼻咽癌转移中价值,判断预后。方法应用免疫组化Maxvision TM法检测132例鼻咽癌患者鼻咽部活检病理标本的ZEB2表达和E-caderin蛋白情况,分析ZEB2的阳性和E-caderin蛋白表达情况与鼻咽癌患者临床病理特征和预后的关系。结果 ZEB2蛋白和E-caderin蛋白表达与淋巴结及远处转移转移密切相关,淋巴结转移者和远处转移患者ZEB2阳性和E-caderin蛋白表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移者; ZEB2蛋白和E-caderin蛋白阳性表达与鼻咽癌TNM分期显著相关。ZEB2蛋白与鼻咽癌病理分型显著相关。鼻咽癌组织的ZEB2蛋白和E-caderin蛋白阳性表达具有负相关性。结论鼻咽癌组织中ZEB2蛋白和E-caderin蛋白阳表达在可以反应患者的预后情况,与浸润密切相关。

Objective To study the clinical significance of the expression of ZEB2 and E-caderin protein in the nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods The expression of ZEB2 and E-caderin protein were detected with MaxvisionTM immunohistochemical method in the 132 nasopharyngeal carcinoma cases. Results There were significant correlation between the positive expression of ZEB2 and and pathological type,lymph metastasis,the distance metastasis,TNM stage. There were significant correlation between the E-caderin protein positive expression and lymph metastasis,the distance metastasis,TNM stage. and it was significant correlation between the ZEB2 and E-caderin protein positive expression. Conclusion The ZEB2 protein are useful markers of predicting the metastatic potential of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and detection of their expression may be useful for evaluating prognosis factor.
