患者血清CEA、CA724、CA199水平对胰腺癌的评估价值

Evaluation Value of Serum CEA,CA724 and CA199 Levels in Patients with Pancreatic Cancer

目的探讨患者血清CEA、CA724、CA199水平对胰腺癌的评估价值。方法选取胰腺癌患者97例作为观察组,同期选取进行体检的健康者100例作为对照组。比较2组受试者及不同分期胰腺癌患者血清CEA、CA724、CA199的含量,并计算CEA、CA724、CA199单独检测及联合检测诊断胰腺癌的阳性率。结果观察组血清CEA、CA724、CA199水平均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。随着胰腺癌病理分期的增加,患者血清CEA、CA724、CA199水平也显著升高(P <0. 05)。胰腺癌患者CEA、CA724、CA199阳性率分别是59. 79%(58/97)、66. 04%(66/97)、84. 54%(82/97),CEA、CA724、CA199联合检测的阳性率是93. 81%(91/97),联合检测的阳性率显著高于单项检测(P <0. 05)。结论血清CEA、CA724、CA199联合检测有助于胰腺癌的诊断及病情评估,对于患者的治疗及预后具有积极意义,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the evaluation value of serum CEA,CA724 and CA199 levels in patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods Selected 97 patients with pancreatic cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as observation group. In the same period,100 healthy people who had physical examination were selected as the control group. The serum CEA,CA724 and CA199 levels in two groups and different stage pancreatic cancer patients were detected and compared. The positive rate of CEA,CA724,CA199 alone and combined detection in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer were calculated. Results The serum levels of CEA,CA724 and CA199 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). With the increase of the pathological stage of pancreatic cancer,the serum levels of CEA,CA724 and CA199 were also significantly increased( P < 0. 05). The positive rates of CEA,CA724,and CA199 in patients with pancreatic cancer were 59. 79%( 58/97),66. 04%( 66/97),and 84. 54%( 82/97) respectively. The positive rate of combined detection of CEA,CA724 and CA199 was 93. 81%( 91/97). The positive rate of combined detection was significantly higher than that of single detection( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Combined detection of serum CEA,CA724 and CA199 is helpful for the diagnosis and evaluation of pancreatic cancer. It is of positive significance for the treatment and prognosis of pancreatic cancer and is worthy of clinical application.
