智能技术的进步为经济增长提供了新动能,改变了生产组织方式和服务模式,促进了生产工具的换代升级和劳动力要求的转变,为社会和个体向更多元、更个性化发展提供了物质基础。同时,技术的进步又是一把双刃剑,伴随着智能技术的进步,各种新问题、新困扰也席卷而来,例如财富差距的扩大、基于职业和技能分化引发的性别差异扩大,社会中个体的心理健康、人际关系、信息安全等面临更多不确定性风险。在社会越来越智能化的发展趋势下,我们应该明确社会发展的核心力量是人,人掌握技术而不应被技术所掌控,人机和谐共生才是智能社会最明智的选择。

The progress of intelligent technology has provided new driving force for economic growing.It has changed the mode of production and organization and mode of service. It has also promoted the upgrading of production tools, ultererd the requirements of labor force and provided material basis for society and indivisuals to become more diversified and more individuation. At the same time, technical progress is a double-edged sword. With the progress of intelligent technology, we are forced to face various of new problems and new irritations, including the growing wealth gap, the growing gender gap based on the professions and skills. Indivisuals living in the society has to face more uncertain risks in the matter of mental health, interpersonal relationship and information security. Under the trend of an intelligent society, we should make it clear that the core force of social development is human beings, which master the technology but are not controlled by it. The harmonious coexistence of man and machine is the most sensible choice for an intelligent society.
