摘要
研究聚酰亚胺阻燃涤纶混纺织物的性能。设计了6种不同混纺比的聚酰亚胺阻燃涤纶混纺纱,并制备了对应的平纹织物。测试了6种织物阻燃性、透气性、弯曲性和撕破性等。结果表明:6种织物的纬向阻燃性能均优于经向阻燃性能;聚酰亚胺混纺织物透气性明显优于纯聚酰亚胺织物,聚酰亚胺比例25%的织物在阻燃性、撕破性都出现一个低谷值;织物的刚性随着聚酰亚胺比例的增加而增大。认为:聚酰亚胺比例75%的混纺织物性价比高,应用价值大。
The properties of polyimide flame retardant polyester blended fabric were studied.Six kinds of polyimide flame retardant polyester blended yarn with different blending ratios were designed and their plain weave fabrics were manufactured respectively.The flame resistance,air permeability,bendability,tear resistance and so on of six fabrics were tested.The test results showed that the weft flame resistances of six kinds of fabrics were all better than those of warp flame resistances.The air permeability of polyimide blended fabrics was obviously better than that of pure polyimide fabric.The fabric with 25% polyimide showed the lowest values on both flame resistance and tear resistance.The fabric rigidity was increased as the increase of polyimide percentage.It is considered that the property cost ratio of the blended fabric with 75% polyimide is the highest and the application value is the most.
