摘要 总结两种异形3D管状机织物的设计与织造方法。根据织物截面形状采用分区织造,根据设计画出各区的经向截面图,确定合理的打纬顺序,绘制相应的组织图,最后在SGA598型小样织机上成功试织了两种异形3D管状机织物。结果表明:通过合理设计,织造的织物外观完整,成形良好,布面平整且有一定的厚度。认为:应适当减小经密,减少经纱之间的摩擦,以保证织物质量。 Design and weaving method of two abnormal shape 3D tubular woven fabrics are summarized.According to cross-section shape of fabric,sectioned weaving was adopted.According to design,warp cross-section of each area was drawn,reasonable beating sequence was determined,corresponding organization chart was drawn,two abnormal 3D tubular woven fabrics were successfully woven on SGA598 sample loom.The results showed that woven fabric had a complete appearance,better shape,flat surface and a certain thickness through reasonable design.It is considered that warp density should be reduced appropriately and friction between the warp should be reduced to ensure fabric quality.
