养殖行业需要工匠,更需要工匠精神。现代学徒制是一种行之有效的职业教育人才培养模式,可以使工匠精神在行业中不断传承。本文结合甘肃畜牧工程职业技术学院对特种动物养殖专业(宠物养殖方向)现代学徒制"2+1"人才培养模式的探索,旨为职业教育人才培养模式的改革创新提供借鉴。

The breeding industry needs artisans and the artisan spirit.The modern apprenticeship system is an effective mode of training vocational education talents,which can make the artisan spirit continue to be passed down in the industry.This paper combines the Gansu Polytechnic College of Animal Husbandry and Engineering to explore the “2+1” talent training mode of modern animal apprenticeship in the special animal breeding profession (pet direction),aiming at providing reference for the reform and innovation of vocational education talent training mode.
