摘要
生命是一个自我体验的过程,生命体验是生命教育的起点与追求。研究以《大学生生命体验调查问卷》为调查工具,对江西省8所高校的大学生进行问卷调查,发现当前大学生生命体验总体上比较积极,少数大学生经常受到不良情绪的困扰甚至出现自杀想法。学校类型、年级、性别、家庭经济情况、是否独生子女五个人口学变量都会影响大学生对生命和生活的态度与体验。生命教育需要着眼于积极生命体验的引导与再塑造。
Life is a process of self-experience,and life experience is the starting point and pursuit of life education.The undergraduates in 8 universities and colleges in Jiangxi province are selected to be the subjects of the questionnaire survey and the questionnaire of undergraduates’ life experience is used as the tool of survey.The results shows that the life experience of undergraduates is positive generally,and a few undergraduates are often obsessed by some negative emotions,even by the suicide idea.Five demographic variables will influence the undergraduates’ life experience.The life education should be aimed at the guidance and remolding of positive life experience.
