复杂条件下跨线桥同步顶升施工工艺

摘要 为配合牡哈高速公路维修加固工程,对沿线海林互通立交采用PLC同步顶升技术进行改造。顶升中采用位移和顶升力双控制,同步顶升高度为25-30cm。本文着重介绍了千斤顶升系统工作原理、顶升施工方案优化,狭小空间不规则截面自密实混凝土的浇筑、同步顶升过程及施工监控等相关内容。本施工工艺与传统方法相比,该方法造价低,能有效的节约工期,有效的减小了施工误差。该方案的成功实施为此类工程难题的解决积累了宝贵经验。 To tie in with the Mu-Ha highway repair project, using the PLC integral synchronous lifting the Hailin interchange synchronous jacking up 25-30cm. Using the displacement and the lifting power control jacking effectively reducing the construction error. This article focuses on the working principle of hydraulic jacking system、optimizing lifting scheme、self-Compacting concrete pouring in irregular section、landing process of the structure、Construction monitoring and so on. Compared to traditional methods, thismethod is low cost, effectively saving duration, the successful implementation of the programme for this type of solution of engineering problems have accumulated valuable experience.
