The rapid development of information technology in colleges and universities has promoted the transformation of universities in the data center infrastructure.This article discusses the impact of data center migration,analyzes the differences in virtualization platforms,and selects and details the VMware Server virtual machine software.The virtualization technology used in the data center makes the migration of the application system more convenient,the response speed of the server failure is also improved,the resource utilization of the data center is optimized,and the existing infrastructure is also upgraded,and the data center is strengthened.This reinforces the stability of the data center and reduces the overall operation and maintenance costs of the data center.
