摘要
亚麻籽油经甲酯化后,采用分子蒸馏技术对其中α-亚麻酸进行分离纯化,以α-亚麻酸质量分数和提取率作为衡量纯化效果的指标。经单因素试验确定蒸馏温度、蒸馏压力、进料速度、刮膜转速的操作范围,并利用响应曲面法Box-Behnken试验设计,确定了亚麻籽油中α-亚麻酸分离纯化的工艺条件,即蒸馏温度90℃、蒸馏压力0.8 Pa、进料速度0.87 mL/min、刮膜转速287 r/min。在该工艺条件下,得到α-亚麻酸含量为81.15%,提取率为78.20%。
After linseed oil was methylated, the α-linolenic acid was separated and purified by molecular distillation technology. The content of α-linolenic acid and extraction rate were used as indicators to measure the purification effect. The operating range of distillation temperature, distillation pressure, feed rate and scraping speed was determined by single factor experiment. The optimized process conditions for purification of α-linolenic acid were obtained by Box-Behnken experimental design of response surface method: distillation temperature was 90 ℃, the distillation pressure was 0.8 Pa, the feed rate was 0.87 mL/min, and the scraping speed was 287 r/min. Under this process condition, the content of α-linolenic acid was 81.15%, and the extraction rate was 78.20%.
