摘要
解析电梯永磁同步电机的磁钢退磁的原因,对磁钢失磁的检测方法作了简述,提出在机房现场通过检测永磁同步电机齿槽转矩的变化,直接判定磁钢是否失磁及其程度。
The cause of magnetic steel demag netizati on is an alyzed in the perma nent mag net synchronous motor of elevator. The detection method of magnetic loss of magnetic steel is briefly introduced. The change of tooth groove torque of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed by detecting at the machine room field. Direct determination of whether or not the magnetic steel is degaussed and its degree.
