浅谈老旧电梯存在的问题及对策

Discussion on the Problems and Countermeasures of Old Elevators

结合老旧电梯安全评估工作,从电梯使用管理、日常维护保养、设备本体等方面对老旧电梯存在的问题进行分析,并列举了评估案例,旨在说明老旧电梯存在的安全隐患。最后从落实使用单位主体责任,提高电梯维护保养质量,加强监督管理,对问题电梯进行更新、改造、重大修理,推进特种设备责任保险工作等方面提出了改善老旧电梯运行现状的对策。

Combined with the safety assessment of old elevators, the existing problems of old elevators from the aspects of elevator use management, daily maintenance and equipment units are analyzed, and evaluation cases are listed aiming at illustrating the potential safety hazards of old elevators. Finally, from the implementation of the main responsibility of users, improving the quality of elevator maintenance, strengthening supervision and management, the countermeasures to improve the operation status of old elevators are put forward in terms of renewal, modifi cation, major repairs and promotion of liability insurance for special equipment.
