摘要
对舰船用防爆电梯关键结构件轿厢导轨进行了受力分析。考虑了轿厢左右倾斜±15°,前后倾斜±10°时轿厢导轨的受力情况,并导出了轿厢导轨强度和刚度的计算公式。舰船用防爆电梯导轨所受应力状况为交变应力,属于脉动循环弯曲应力,并应按疲劳强度计算方法确定许用应力值。
The acting force of car guide rail is analyzed, which is the key structure of the ship lifts for explosive atmospheres. The force acting on the carguide rail when the car inclines left and right(±15 degrees) and front and back(±10 degrees) is considered, and the formulas for calculating the strength and stiffness of the carguide rail are derived. The stress state of the guide rail of the ship lifts for explosive atmospheres is alternating stress, which belongs to the pulsating cyclic bending stress. The allowable stress value should be determined according to the calculation method of fatigue strength.
