波纹管自调式制冷器常见故障分析

Analysis on common malfunctions of self-regulated cryocoolers with bellows

摘要 本文介绍了波纹管自调式制冷器启动时间长或不启动、流量超差及控温异常三种常见故障。采用零件内部杂质清洗、高纯度气源选用、对充气腔检漏补焊等措施,有助于解除启动时间长或不启动的故障;使用前采取制冷器多次开停机工作,将制冷器与探测器组件存储于干燥环境,提高制冷器的抗振性能等措施,有助于解除流量超差故障;降低阀针表面粗糙度,提高自调灵敏度,及在阀针或节流孔上开槽,有助于消除控温异常故障。上述措施的采用可使制冷器的启动、工作时间满足使用要求,且保持较高的控温稳定性。 Three common malfunctions emerging in self-regulated cryocoolers with bellows were presented including overtime start-up or no start-up, flow overshoot, and abnormality in temperature control. Washing away impurities in parts, selecting high purity gas source as well as detecting leak and repairing welding for inflatable chamber contribute to eliminate overtime start-up or no start-up. Making cryocoolers operate many times before the formal use, storing cryocoolers and detectors in dry environment, and improving anti-vibration performance of cryocoolers are helpful to trouble shooting of flow overshoot. Reducing surface roughness of valve needle, enhancing self-regulated sensitivity and slotting on valve needle or orifice will help to relieve the abnormality in temperature control. These measures can make the start-up and operating time meet the requirements as well improve temperature control stability.
