摘要
为了解决电动车充电管理不便、安全性低的问题,设计了一种基于物联网的充电系统。该系统智能充电节点通过RN8209模块实现对电动车充电电压、电流和功率的采集,并利用这些数据判断充电状态,异常时自动关闭。该设计不仅实现了电能的计量,而且确保了电动车充电的安全性。系统中控网关通过LoRa无线模块与多个智能充电节点通信,并通过4G模块实现了与服务器的数据交互。测试结果表明,LoRa无线能够穿透地下室,通信距离达到300m,网关与服务器通信稳定。该设计实现了对充电桩的远程监控,具有很好的应用前景。
In order to solve the problems of inconvenient and lacks monitoring and low safety of electric vehicle charging, a charging system based on Internet of things(IoT) is designed. The intelligent charging node of the system can collect the charging voltage, current and power through the RN8209 module, and uses these data to judge the charging state, and automatically shut down when abnormal. So it can not only realize the measurement of electric energy, but also ensure the safety of electric vehicle charging. The central control gateway of the system communicates with several intelligent charging nodes through the LoRa wireless module and realizes the data interaction with the server through the 4 G module. The test results show that LoRa can penetrate the basement wirelessly, the communication distance is up to 300 m, and the gateway can communicate with the server stably. This design realizes the remote monitoring of charging pile and has a good application prospect.
