摘要
航空及军工武器装备系统对电感式接近传感器探测距离和可靠性等提出了更高要求。在理论研究基础上进行电感式接近传感器结构、线圈及磁路、弹簧、信号处理电路和环境适应性等设计,并验证了传感器的实际性能和环境适应性。研制出的基于LDC1612/1614芯片的全金属电感式接近传感器结构小巧简单、稳定性好、感应距离长、重复定位精度高、可适当维修且易实现批量化生产。
Based on the higher requirements of aviation and military equipment systems on the detection distance and reliability of inductive proximity sensors, the structures, coils and magnetic circuits, springs, signal processing circuits and environmental suitability were designed upon the theoretical research. The actual performance and environmental suitability of the sensor were also verified by the experiments. The all-metal inductive proximity sensor based on LDC1612/1614 possesses simple structure, high stability, long sensing distance,high repeated positioning accuracy, easy repair and bulk production.
