摘要
文章通过讨论总结无锡市第五人民医院临床护理带教存在的问题及护理带教质量,分析护理带教质量管理中存在的重点和难点问题,提出护理管理应对策略,目的是规范护理带教流程,加强护理实习生管理,进一步提高无锡市第五人民医院护理带教质量。
objective to summarize the problems existing in clinical nursing teaching in our hospital and the quality of nursing teaching, analyze the key and difficult problems existing in the quality management of nursing teaching, and put forward the countermeasures of nursing management. Standardize nursing teaching process, strengthen nursing intern management, further improve the quality of nursing teaching in our hospital.
