摘要
分析现代学徒制师徒关系的内涵、研究现状、存在的问题和建设措施,以某学院信息技术专业群为例,阐述了新型师徒模式的创新实践,为提高现代学徒制的长效性提供有效建议。
This paper analyses the connotation, research status, existing problems and construction measures of the modern apprenticeship mentoring relationship. Taking the information technology professional group of a college as an example, it expounds the innovative practice of the new mentoring model, and provides effective suggestions for improving the long-term effectiveness of the modern apprenticeship system.
