基于“互联网+”的高校图书馆智慧服务现状调查与分析——以39所“985工程”高校图书馆为例

Investigation and Innovation Strategies of Think Tank Service Status of University Library Based on Internet+——Taking 39 "985 Project" University Libraries as Examples

"互联网+"环境引发了图书馆服务方式的变革。随着物联网、人工智能等核心技术群的不断发展,作为知识聚合空间和知识提供者的智慧图书馆势必带给用户更加开放、高效、精准的服务体验。本文以国内"985工程"高校图书馆为调查对象,通过浏览官方网站、微信公众号、网络咨询等多种方式,对图书馆智慧服务开展的内容进行了调研,对调研结果进行了深入分析,从智慧服务理念深化、智慧馆员培养、个性化推荐服务完善以及智能化技术应用等角度,提出了高校图书馆智慧服务的创新策略。

The "internet +" environment has triggered changes in library service mode. With the continuous development of core technology groups such as internet of things and artificial intelligence, as knowledge aggregation space and knowledge provider, intelligent library is bound to bring users more open, efficient and accurate service experience. Taking "985 project" university libraries as examples, by the ways of browsing official websites, WeChat official accounts, internet consulting, this paper investigates the contents of library intelligence service, and analyses the investigation results, puts forward the innovative strategies of the intelligence service of university library, from perspectives of deepening intelligent service concept, intelligent librarians training, individualized recommendation service and intelligent technology application.
