非小细胞肺癌分子靶向治疗相关皮疹患者应对-适应水平与自我和谐的相关性

Correlation between coping-adaptation level and self-consistency among molecular targeted therapy related rash patients with nonsmall-cell lung cancer

目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)分子靶向治疗相关皮疹患者应对-适应水平与自我和谐的相关性,并分析应对-适应水平的影响因素。方法选取2014年6月—2017年6月于郑州市第三人民医院接受分子靶向治疗且出现皮疹的NSCLC患者108例。采用中文版简明应对-适应过程量表(CV-CAPS:SF)和自我和谐量表(SCCS)评估患者的应对-适应与自我和谐水平。采用SPSS 22.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果108例NSCLC分子靶向治疗相关皮疹患者应对-适应水平和自我和谐的得分分别为(38.94±6.14)分和(130.00±15.50)分;Pearson相关分析显示,应对-适应水平与患者自我灵活性呈正相关(P<0.01),与自我与经验的不和谐、自我刻板性呈负相关(P<0.01);不同性别、年龄、教育背景、职业状态、个人月收入、医保报销比例及是否与子女同住的NSCLC分子靶向治疗相关皮疹患者应对-适应水平得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);多元线性回归分析显示,性别、年龄、教育背景及个人月收入是应对-适应水平的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论NSCLC分子靶向治疗相关皮疹患者应对-适应和自我和谐水平仍有待提高,两者有相关性。医护人员应采取积极有效的保健措施,提高患者对治疗手段的认知水平,以提高其应对-适应水平,从而改善患者自我和谐水平。

Objective To explore the correlation between coping-adaptation level and self-consistency among molecular targeted therapy related rash patients with nonsmall-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and to analyze the influencing factors of the coping-adaptation level. Methods From June 2014 to June 2017, we selected 108 rash and NSCLC patients with molecular targeted therapy in the Third People's Hospital of Zhengzhou. The coping-adaptation and self-consistency were evaluated with the Chinese Version of Coping-adaptation Processing Scale: Short Form (CV-CAPS: SF) and Self Consistency and Congruence Scale (SCCS). Data was analyzed statistically with the SPSS 22.0. Results Among 108 molecular targeted therapy related rash patients with NSCLC, the scores of coping-adaptation as well as self-consistency were (38.94±6.14) and (130.00±15.50). Pearson correlation analysis showed that coping-adaptation had a positive correlation with the self-flexibility (P<0.01), and had negative correlations with disharmony between self and experience as well as self-stiffness (P<0.01). There were statistical differences in the scores of coping-adaptation among molecular targeted therapy related rash and NSCLC patients with different sexes, ages, educational levels, vocation, personal monthly income, reimbursement rate of medical insurance and whether to live with their children (P<0.01). Multiple linear regression showed the influencing factors of coping-adaptation included sexes, ages, educational levels, personal monthly income (P<0.01). Conclusions Coping-adaptation and self-consistency of molecular targeted therapy related rash patients with NSCLC need improvement with correlations between them. Medical staff should take positive and effective measures to improve cognition of patients on treatment, so as to enhance their coping-adaptation levels and self-consistency.
