我国护理专业学生校内学习阶段Sandwich教学法的Meta分析 被引量:6

Sandwich teaching method in school learning phase among nursing students in China: a meta-analysis

摘要 目的评价我国护理专业学生校内学习阶段教学中Sandwich教学法的应用效果。方法计算机检索2000年1月—2018年6月CNKI 、维普中文期刊全文数库以及万方数据库有关Sandwich教学法与传统教学法在护理专业校内阶段教学中应用效果的对照研究,使用Rev Man 5. 3进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入14篇文献,分析结果显示,实施Sandwich教学法的护理专业学生校内阶段的理论和实践成绩均优于传统教学组(P<0.05),并且其评判性思维能力有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论在现有文献的基础上可以认为在护理专业学生校内学习阶段运用Sandwich教学法的教学效果优于传统教学法。 Objective To evaluate the effects of Sandwich teaching in school learning phase among nursing students in China. Methods We retrieved the control studies on the application effects of Sandwich teaching and conventional teaching in school teaching phase of nursing in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP database and WanFang database from January 2000 to June 2018 by computer. The Review Manager (RevMan) 5.3 was used to the meta-analysis. Results A total of 14 literatures were included finally. Analysis showed that the theoretical achievements and practical achievements of nursing students during school learning phase with Sandwich teaching were better than those with conventional teaching with statistical differences (P<0.05), and critical thinking of them obviously improved statistically (P<0.05). Conclusions Based on the existing literatures, the effects of Sandwich teaching in school learning phase among nursing students are better than those of conventional teaching.
