积极心理学在乳腺癌患者心理干预中的应用现状

Current status of positive psychology in mental intervention among breast cancer patients

本文介绍了积极心理学的概念及在乳腺癌患者中的应用背景,重点综述了6种积极心理学干预措施在乳腺癌患者中的应用概况,提出了积极心理学是目前乳腺癌患者心理干预研究的热门领域,在我国的应用尚处起步阶段,研究者在研究前一定要充分考虑文化差异,在做好本土化研究的基础上,制定适用于我国国情的乳腺癌积极心理学干预措施,同时扩大积极心理学在护理人员中的影响力,真正落实积极心理学在我国乳腺癌患者心理护理中的应用,从而改善患者心理状况,提高患者生活质量。

This paper introduced the concept of positive psychology and its application background among breast cancer patients mainly summarized the application of 6 kinds of positive psychology intervention in breast cancer patients. In this paper, we found that positive psychology was the research hotspot in mental intervention for breast cancer patients for the moment which was still at the start stage in China. Researchers have to fully consider cultural differences before study and take positive psychology intervention for breast cancer applicable to our country based on doing indigenous research well. At the same time, researchers should expand the influence of positive psychology in nurses to actually implement the application of positive psychology in mental nursing among breast cancer patients in our country so as to improve patients' psychologic status and quality of life.
