植物纤维纸基材料油脂渗透性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 首先探讨了不同纤维原料的纸张的油脂吸收性能,考察了不同浆料配比和定量等因素对纸张吸油量的影响,其次探讨了涂布皂土/碳酸钙/丙烯酸对纸张油脂吸收性能的影响。研究表明,油脂更易在麻浆的纸张表面渗透,且定量为30g/m^2的纸张对油脂的吸收性能大于定量为20g/m^2的纸张,并且涂布后吸油效果最佳的纸张浆料仍为麻浆,吸油量为3.61mg/cm^2,涂布后纸张的疏水性能均有一定程度的提高,竹纤维纸的接触角达到104.6°。 The oil absorption performance of papers with different raw materials was firstly investigated, exploring the effects of different fiber pulp ratios and basic weight on the oil absorption of paper. Then, the effect of coating with bentonite/calcium carbonate/acrylic acid on the oil absorption performance of paper was discussed. It was found that the testing oil penetrated more easily on the surface of the hemp paper, and the oil absorption capacity of paper with basis weight of 30 g/m^2 was better than the one with basis weight of 20 g/m^2. The paper consisted of hemp pulp had still the best oil absorption after coating, and it reached 3. 61 mg/cm^2. Hydrophobic performance of coated paper all have a certain degree of increase, the contact angle of the bamboo paper reached 104. 6°.
