摘要
对烟梗浆进行打浆抄造,并研究了不同打浆度水平下纤维形态变化及其与基片物理性能之间的联系。结果表明,实验室条件下烟梗浆料打浆度与打浆机转数间存在显著的线性关系。随着打浆度的提高,浆料纤维质均长度、粗度、卷曲率、扭结指数皆不断减小,纤维宽度先减小后增大。烟草基片的剪切强度主要受到纤维宽度和粗度的影响,纤维宽度和粗度的减小有利于提高片基的剪切强度。纤维质均长度、宽度、卷曲率和扭结指数对片基抗张强度影响较大,其中,长度和扭结指数与其呈负相关,宽度和卷曲率与其呈正相关。纤维质均长度和扭结指数是影响片基伸长率的最主要因素,它们与伸长率呈现负相关的关系。纤维宽度和粗度对片基的柔软度有显著影响,提高纤维宽度和粗度有利于提高片基的柔软性能。
In this paper, the tobacco stem pulp was beaten and fabricated and the relationship between fiber morphology and physical properties of the tabacco sheet under different beating degrees were studied. The results showed that there was a significant linear relationship between the beating degree and the number of revolutions of the beater under laboratory conditions. With the increase of beating degree, the average length , coarseness, curl index and kinking index of fibers decrease, and the fiber width decreases first and then increases. In addition, the shear strength of the tobacco sheet is mainly affected by the width and coarseness of fiber of which the decrease can help improve the shear strength of the sheet. The fiber length, width, curl index and kin king index have a great influence on the tensile strength of the tobacco sheet, among which the length and kink index are negatively correlated with it, while the width and curl index are positively correlated with it. Moreover, the average length and kink index of fiber were the main factors of the elongation of tabacco sheet, which were negatively correlated with the elongation. Besides, fiber width and coarseness have a significant effect on the softness of the sheet, so increasing width and coarseness of the fibers is beneficial to improve the softness of tobacco sheet.
